Following its debut at BAUMA 2025, the fully electric KLEMM KR 806-4E has gone straight into its first field operation – in Norway. The drill rig is currently being used on an emission-free construction project in the center of Oslo, in the Bjørvika district, where foundation work is underway for a new school.
RD piles (ø 168.3 mm) are installed with a ø 90 mm steel core using DTH hammer technology, powered by an electric compressor. The rig is running both on-grid and battery-powered – quietly, powerfully, and sustainably.
Thank you Geo Fundamentering & Bergboring AS for the trust and the opportunity to be part of this pioneering project.
